I am a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner educated at Gonzaga University, where I developed a foundation in evidence-based psychiatric assessment, medication management, and psychotherapy. I am an EMDR therapist. Before entering psychiatric practice, I spent 20 years working in critical care and emergency medical services as a flight nurse and critical care nurse. My goal is to provide personalized, collaborative care that helps each client feel supported as they find their own path to healing. Licensed for psychotherapy and medication management in WA, OR, ID, MT, and WY.
