I am a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner educated at Gonzaga University, where I developed a foundation in evidence-based psychiatric assessment, medication management, and psychotherapy. I am an EMDR therapist in training, and I am seeing patients with ongoing EMDR consultation. Before entering psychiatric practice, I spent 20 years working in critical care and emergency medical services as a flight nurse and critical care nurse. My goal is to provide personalized, collaborative care that helps each client feel supported as they find their own path to healing.
